DRI Collegiate Conference Series

One-day events in collaboration with academia: DRI International has created a 45-hour academic course (BCLE1500) which is used by Higher Education Institutions (HEI) to provide students with the opportunity to earn credits toward a degree, as well as earning a DRI International credential. The offering is called the DRI Collegiate Conferences and consists of a series of full one-day programs with presentations from experts in the private and public sector as well as from academia. There is opportunity for students to network with professionals in the fields of business continuity, disaster recovery and risk management. To encourage attendance by all certified professionals, the cost of attendance (including meals and materials) will be a minimal donation (no more than $50) to the DRI Foundation, the charitable arm of DRI International. This will allow those who cannot afford to attend more costly conferences an opportunity to have access to information and to be able to network with professionals and academics.

Upcoming schedule includes:
St. John’s University, September 12, 2016, Queens, New York
