- Does the consultant understand your key business needs, and are they able to create a robust, testable, and customized disaster recovery plan?
- Is the consultant capable of promoting the needs of IT, and advocating for proper funding of disaster recovery activities?
- Does the consultant have up to date knowledge of current techniques, and are they flexible in their approaches?
With the above, your company should be able to identify those with skills and approaches most capable of supporting the development of a comprehensive disaster recovery solution.
