A Special Invitation

Dear Readers,

Thanks to all of you who replied, “Count me in!” to my December update about the upcoming Risk and Resilience HUB.

I am full of anticipation as to what is in store for 2019.  In mid-February, we will launch a venture we have been working on for 3 years. Yes, that’s right — 3 years! Many have been wondering when/if the HUB would ever happen. Well, it is happening. A “magic wand” could have made it launch more quickly – but there was no magic wand! Instead I had to go through the school of hard knocks to learn firsthand how plowing through adversity with focus and vision can build resilience.

The Risk and Resilience HUB is a digital platform leveraged to bring together the silos of BC, CM, EM, DR and GRC. The vibrant ecosystem, www.riskandresiliencehub.com is not simply a web site but rather a hub for collaboration, connection and community. The HUB is being built by world-class developers with a high value on functionality and security.

The Need…

In today’s 24/7 world, a focus on resilience is growing in the private and public sectors. The resources for resilience are abundant. Technology is robust. It is connection and collaboration that will fuel future expansion of our industry in an online world. How convinced am I that this platform is needed? Well, recently I told someone that if I won the lottery, it wouldn’t change my commitment to make the HUB happen!

Five Ways the HUB Will Make Your Job Easier
