About Fiona Raymond-Cox

After leading both Marsh and PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Business Continuity practices in San Francisco and Hong Kong, respectively, Fiona founded Raymond-Cox Consulting in 2010, a San Francisco-based, boutique business continuity and emergency planning consulting firm. She has more than 20 years of international experience in process improvement, and risk management solutions, analyzing business continuity management programs, performing risk assessments, designing, implementing, and exercising incident/crisis management, business recovery, IT disaster recovery, and pandemic plans for small non-profits to Fortune 100 companies. She has worked with government, technology, professional services, legal, banking & finance, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and consumer industry organizations.

Fiona has been awarded the grade of Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI) and is an accredited ISO 22301 Lead Auditor. She is the recipient of the BRMA 2020 Award of Excellence. She previously served as President of BRMA from 2017-2019, and currently supports the organization as its Mentoring Program Coordinator. As a California Disaster Corps member, she was part of the initial intake and trained for the first program of its kind to incorporate disaster-trained volunteers such as Neighborhood Emergency Response Team members into California’s mutual aid system. From 2008 – 2016, she led the Emergency Preparedness Committee for a K-8 grade public school. Fiona is a native of the United Kingdom and lives in San Francisco.
